O filme “CBGB”, que narra a história de um importante clube para o rock ‘n roll, chega ao cinema americano no dia 11 de outubro e teve seu trailer e lista de músicas divulgadas.
Dentre os atores do filme temos Taylor Hawkins, baterista do Foo Fighters, que irá interpretar Iggy Pop. Além dele, o elenco é formado por Alan Rickman (“Harry Potter”), Rupert Grint (“Harry Potter”), Johnny Galecki (“The Big Bang Theory”) e Mickey Summer (“The Borgias”).
O filme irá citar, entre outras bandas que fizeram história no lugar, grupo The Ramones, The Dead Boys, Blondie, The Police e Iggy Pop. Estas também serão as bandas que estão na trilha sonora.
