Foi realizada nessa segunda-feira (26) a premiação MTV VMA 2019, repleta de shows. As cantoras Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift e Billie Eilish, foram os destaques da noite e levaram para casa três prêmios cada.
O evento teve performances de Lizzo, Normani, Lil Nas X, Rosalía com Ozuna, H.E.R., J. Balvin com Bad Bunny, Big Sean com A$AP Ferg, Shawn Mendes com Camila Cabello, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers e mais.
A grande homenageada da noite com o “Video Vanguard Award” foi a rapper Missy Elliott, que apresentou um medley composto pelos hits “The Rain”, “Hot Boyz”, “Get Ur Freak On”, “Work It”, “Pass That Dutch” e “Lose Control”.
